Sleeping Through the Night

Wahoooo!!! Weeks of anxiety and dread proved all for not last night as I hunkered down to let Josie cry it out. She slept through the night on her own on New Years Eve, but has since returned to her four hour cycle, including waking at 2:30 am for a feeding. We've concluded that this is out of habit, not necessity. Last night she woke at her normal time and I let her cry. She lasted for about THREE MINUTES (ha!) and then slept for four more hours :)

This block was in Josie's lap. Ellie and I looked away for a moment and then looked back to find it balanced on top of her head! Ellie was tickled to death, but I'm pretty sure Josie was thinking, "Where did that block go?"
