Our WRITTER!!!

Ellie can write her name :):):)  I'm one proud mama.  I have worked with her from time to time, but she doesn't seem to want to learn from me so I backed off.  She would listen but seemed afraid to fail when I'd ask her to try herself.  After she wrote this yesterday I asked, "Did Ms. Melissa (her PDO teacher) teach you to write you name?!" She replied, "No! You did, mama!"  Heart soared.

Happy Birthday, Josie Reese!

It is so hard to believe this little sweetie is already 1 year old!  She is FULL of sass and personality.  She's walking so well and crowning her fourth tooth.  She says "ca-ca" for cracker, no, hi, da-da, and Eh! for Ellie.  She can climb any obstacle, play patty-cake, sing, dance, and give kisses.  It's her way or the high way and she doesn't have a prissy bone (unlike big sis who is all priss).  It's all I can do to keep a bow in her hair.

Ellie helped me bake the cake the night before.  She is at such a fun age and is truly helpful.  I prepared all of the ingredients and she added them to the mixer and ran it herself.  She sprayed the pans and helped me place them in the oven, then "cleaned" the spatula and bowl - the best part.  I iced the cakes and she added lots of sprinkles.  She also helped wrap the present, manning the tape dispenser.

Their new favorite past time.
Daddy, Mommy, and Josie had a lunch time play date and picnic for Josie's birthday.  Elle Belle was in school.

Enough kisses!
